Sounds great Beth!

I am soooo very glad you did not get on the prednisone. I am glad you had a doctor to tell you absolutely you can't do that to counter the other doctor who wanted you to take it. I think you made a very wise choice. You sound like you are healing well, and I think you are much better off with the way you are doing things...very slow, deliberate and well thought out in terms of safety. I hope you feel the same way, and I am sure you will continue to get better and better!

THanks Patty. It really is a few steps forward, maybe a few back.

Yesterday I had sensations of something crawling across my head,

interestingly I had eaten several cloves of garlic, and was sort of

curious if that had anything to do with it. I am getting a garlic

crusher and capsules tomorrow. I've decided to do a few good things

and be really consistent with them.
