Guest guest
Let us understand...thoughts are things. Put another way, our thoughts become the things that become manifest. As we sit in meditation we have learned to quiet the mind. We work on clearing the mind...watching as each thought comes in. What we are wanting is to simply observe the thought and allow it to pass on. If we allow a thought to become " attended " , that is, we give attention to it, we " focus " . By our focus, we begin to attract more thoughts to this " line of thinking " . We " empower " this path and flow of energy. And in doing so, more and more, we manifest it, that is, make it so. It comes " into our reality " . Note...I said, comes into our reality...not everyone else's, yet. By operating from this reality, with focus, it becomes a reality in our 3D enviroment that does affect others. As we meditate and clear the thoughts, we become what is our higher self. The full and whole self that simply is. The self that guides and directs us. Our whole self lives here. But we take this even further still...we begin to realize our soul. All encompassing, all knowing, all loving, all being. Connected to all other souls, the ONE...or the universe, God. This is where we desire to be, to be in this " state " . To operate from this place of " being " . We have tended to look " upward/inward " , as if we are but these " beings of flesh " , hoping to be more like our higher selves, which will get us to the point of becoming our " soulful selves " . We would have you understand, this is the reverse. You, we, are already our soulful selves, sending our love and compassion into the higher self, and into the human self. Turn around. We use meditation to remind us of who we are already. We are " living meditation " . When we realize this, we can now see that we operate from our source, as " the one " . And as this dawns in our awareness, we can then see what " thought " should " enter in " to our being, which attracts more of the same thoughts, which become " things " , which manifest, into our " realities " , from which we find ourselves in these human forms. And this becomes the realities of from which others are affected, or said as, where we affect change, peace, hope, healing, love. Guest guest
It's OK Lilian, I've just converted too, praise be the L. Damascus, here we come..... bet he's had a word with Dr Toft (in retirement) Bob > > It was not so long ago that I reported that the doctor I saw at the hospital told me that he only prescribes T3 for patients who came from outside the area and who had already been prescribed it and completely disregarded the fact that I had been on it for five years prescribed by a private doctor. So I changed to an endo on Sheila's list. This endo so happened to have just started at my local hospital. > > He prescribed T3 for me at 10mcg a day. I supplemented it with more because I knew 10mcg was not sufficient for me . >
Guest guest
Oh, what a wonderful, wonderful day Lilian, I am so pleased for you. I guess he is one of the doctors who have joined our Forum to 'observe'. Luv - Sheila He said he quite understood as it is the T3 which is needed and needs to be in the upper half of its range. Now what has happened to this man between the last time I saw him when he was telling me I do not need T3. He said the dose I am taking 10mcg a day wont do a thing and I need to take at least 10 twice a day. So he has increased my T3. Also T4 to 150mcg a day instead of alternate 125/150 and I am pleased to say completely disregarding my TSH of 0.11. So what's to be made of that. A complete U-turn.
