Guest guest
Beth, I do five because that's about all my stomach can take at one time. Sometimes I do it twice a day. You can get a garlic crusher wherever they sell kitchen supplies. I imagine walmart or target would have them and the capsules I got at wild oats but I think a health food store would have them also. Anita anita: garlic wow, what a great idea!! where do you get a garlic crusher? and the gelatin capsules? how did you know to do five capsules? hugs,Beth> > > > I wanted to let you all know that I have made my appt to get my > > implants put in November 24th here in Texas. How do you get it in the capsules?hugs,Beth> > > > > > I wanted to let you all know that I have made my appt to get my > > > implants put in November 24th here in Texas.
