Lynda,

Where did you get that information because I did not hear that from Dr. Huang's assistant. She told me that they are the same as smooth as but much less risk of capsular.I was told about infection because that is the big risk with implants that and capsular but otherwise saltwater implants are safe. Also improper positioning is the other problem. I am so glad I don't have that problem too. Thank you for your help with Dr. Huang. I am glad you wrote to me about her. I think the photos on her website are impressive and she has talent.I showed my husband and he agrees. I like the liposuction results too but mainly the breast surgeries, both the breast reductions and augmentations. I hope I can get a good price on the texture replacements or I'll be back in the same rut. I would not care if I were working but I am in school dependent on my husband. If I didn't have the pain with the capsular, I would leave it alone until school is out. Thank you

again.ElaineLynda <coss@...> wrote:

Textured will not prevent capsular contracture. Just ask the women on this

site who had them.

I have heard doctors say this, but the women do not agree. They seem to

have as many problems, and the little areas in the textured surface are

what seems to cause problems with infection, according to the biochemists

we have spoken with.
