The Gluten-Free, Casein-Free Dietary Treatment for Children on the

A Schreyer Honors College Honors Thesis Study

WHO?

Parents who are interested in contributing to research that will help

fellow parents of children on the autism spectrum.

Any parent or primary caregiver of a child (under age 18) on the

autism spectrum is eligible to participate.

WHAT?

Take our online survey. At the end of the survey, you may enter into

a drawing for one of 7 monetary prizes.

Help inform researchers about parental beliefs and use of a dietary

treatment for children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
