I'm looking for Phil the advocate

If any of you have contact info for Phil the miracle worker, i would greatly

appreciate it. I need help for our two sons as they are going to a new schools,

new classes, new administrators, and i have learned enough to know i don't know

as much as i should.

I think he has the group that goes by the acronym of AFNIC.
