Hi Raven,

Thanks for your sharing and your good wishes. I still

have a sweetooth, too, though way less of one, because

I retrained my palate with hypnosis. I have " normal "

sweets for special occasions, but not as a habitual

thing (not a food Nazi, moderation!).What I also did

was I switched to using stevia and sometimes, Xylitol.

Since my diagnosis, rarely Xylitol, more stevia. Both

are, I believe the most haelthy choices (just my

opinion). I have heard way too much about all

artificial sweeteners to ever out them in my mouth,

especially with my health history. You can get both

stevia and xylitol at any health food store.

Stevia used to be VERY yukky tasting to my palate.

It's been improved. Or at least, you can buy some

brands that don't have that weird licorice

aftertaste. I get " Nustevia " from GNC.

Re the dark thing: I was in the supermarket gazing at

the dark " health-foody " 70% cocao organic chocoalte

and wanting to get some and I caled my girlfriend who

is a breast cancer survivor. Asked her wahat hewr doc

said about chocolate. He said, fine, as long as it's

dark chocolate. So, I took that into account. Hope

this helps.

Blessings, Love & Thanks,

Kanta
