Guest guest
Dear Heidi, Silly as this sounds, the best way to start any journey is with the first step. Don't worry about chakras (which are energy centers in the body) or aligning them at this time. Start with regularily taking a few minutes each day just to calm your mind. I have over in the Files section a .pdf called Meditation Techniques. In that there is a section called Meditation 101. It is some very basic information for someone just starting with a meditation practise. Pick a regular time each day for meditation and make it a routine. It is amazing how even a short time like 5 minutes can make a difference in your stress level. Once you are comfortable with this routine, we can try different techniques and guided meditations, but start with the Basics. I have every confidence your chakras will be balanced, aligned and singing in no time. :-D Just remember, we are all in your corner and here for you when you need us.
