Guest guest
I have been on a 60% raw diet for a couple months, making green smoothies in my vitamix, but still unable to get my ph level out of the acidic zone. I purchased my first raw milk last week and have noticed a difference in my complexion as well as my ph level finally coming into the alkaline zone. I haven't done anything different other than adding the raw milk in 2x a day. Can anyone tell me what is in the raw milk that would make such a difference? Also, if I have my raw milk in the refrigerator more than 2 weeks, does it go bad or just start to sour? Thanks, SharonNeed a new ride?
