Guest guest Posted June 14, 2007 Report Share Posted June 14, 2007 Kanta, Thanks for this. I have been s-l-o-w-l-y transitioning from milk chocolate to dark chocolate for the past few months. I don't think I could ever concieve of giving chocolate up. I've switched from Equal to Splenda and likewise, am not convinced that Splenda is really any better than Equal. I thought once I got " older " , my sweet tooth would wane, but it's been almost 50 years now, and I'm still a " sugarholic " . I'm trying to communicate better with my body, but it's hard since it's usually mad at me! LOL.
