Sisters...Experiencing health problems

Hi everyone. My sister and I had Mentor, smooth, round silicone

outer, saline filled implants just over two years ago. We both are

experiencing problems. My sister is worse than myself. She has

recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Today she saw her

orthodontist and they discussed my sister's symptoms. During this

discussion it was asked by the Dr. if my sister had implants. Upon

finding she did the Orthodontist suggested that our problems may be

due to the implants. Being the nosey one in the family, I went to

work on the internet to see if I could find anything out and

stumbled upon this site. Both of our problems began immediately

after the implants were put in, but neither my sister nor I gave a

thought as to it could be the implants. Our symptoms began

gradually, but over the course of two years here is what some of my

sister's symptoms are: forgetfulness, dizziness, horrible

body/muscle/joint aches, near constant pain all over her body, hair

loss, extreme fatique, yeast infections (one right after the other),

slurred speech at times, anxiety, foginess in her head...the list

does go on.

As for myself, I'm just beginning to feel symptoms similar to my

sisters. My sisters began right after the implants and have gotten

much worse over the past 2 years. My symptoms include frequent

sinus infections that will not go away...I've had sinus problems for

about 10 years, but never as frequent and never ones that required

the use of steroids to go away. I get upper respiratory infections

frequently. I'm dizzy and it's getting worse...I usually have to

hold on to the sides of the wall as I'm going downstairs, blurred

vision at times, my head seems to be in a constant fog, my feet hurt

when I first get up for about a half an hour or so, my legs are

getting achy and are staying that way; the left is worse than the

right, my left implant has never felt right...it feels as if

something is rubbing on my skin and wants to get out...I'm very,

very tired...it's all I can do most mornings to drag myself out of

bed and get to work, but I have to so I do. My hair is falling out

in droves...thank God I've always had an extremely thick head of

hair...I can honestly say if I didn't have, I would be bald by now.

Honestly. I also have a rash that comes and goes. Now I have one

on my face that I got immediately after a facial I had gotten in my

PS's office...done by a licensed estician. As each day goes by I

feel both myself, and definitely my sister, getting worse. I'm not

bad now, but my sister is very bad and getting worse.

Does anyone know of anyone in southeast Michigan that could help

us. We did have what we believe to be a good plastic surgeon who

did our implant surgery, but not sure if we should bring

this up to him. When I told him right after my surgery that my left

implant doesn't feel right (and I went back a few times because of

it)the final outcome of those visits was it was the imperfections of

having something done. They do look good, but that's not what I

wanted to hear. What should we do? We're at a loss as to where to

proceed from here.

Thank you so much for your help.
