Guest guest
Hi Darryl, I have found for me that baby steps are the best way to go with this illness, not just Candida. When I go grocery shopping, I make out my list ahead of time, and I stick to it when I get to the store. That means no candy, etc, I avoid those aisles, my food preparation time is severely limited so I try to buy organic salads, things like that. If I feel I absolutely have to have potato chips, etc, I get it from the organic section of the supermarket. Primal Defense and Garlic are both very good for candida, so I would try adding them, maybe you can add raw garlic in the evenings to your dinner. Substitute Ezekiel bread for wheat. I have just added JuicePlus to my routine, so I'll have to let everyone know how that goes. If you take supplements, use the little Saturday-Sunday container to have all your pills laid out for the day. That makes it easier. Buy Epsom Salts, try soaking in them three nights a week, it takes 2 1/2 bags to make me sweat properly. Put your son in a toddler stroller or a jogger and go around the neighorhood one good time. Do that in the evenings, my little one loves it. These are just some simple ways you can start to make a dent in your healing. As you start to feel better, you can add more to the program. hugs, Beth
