, thanks for sending your story to me. Its sad how the affect women from all stages of life. I have some interesting news to share with you.

I contacted a very good legal team ,one of the largest, in Chicago. At first the lawyer thought I was nuts,however I emailed him some info,good founded stuff... peer studied, medical information, and the fda's own info on this one specific large implant manufacter ( think M-----) and their faulty valve implants. Of which I had. He called me back after becoming very interested in this. For about 2 weeks he looked into this. Although my statue of Limitations expired,I got them going. He called me one night around 6pm and we talked for about 2 hours.He found some interesting stuff out about this company, how they manuver around things, using loop holes, paying big bucks to get around the system. These faulty valves were used for along time, knowlingly, then pulled off the market (although they do not agree they were fualty) about three years ago when the heat got hot.

The firm got into looking at previous cases ,and they found something they had never seen before. He explained the reason that legal firms havent taken on this company , or that I ahvent heard of any sucessfully case outcomes, as in the past when they did, the company in case after case-did not show up for court and the case was the thrown out for the defense not showing up. He gave me some legal term for it. He could not believe it, he looked into more cases ,same thing. Each time ,same thing. This company, simply would pay fines and never show up in court. In over 15 cases he found! One of the lawyers, who has been one for over 25 years and runs the firm, had never seen this before and was totally shocked. He told me, even if my statues were not up, the way it looked, the manufactor would simply never show up and the whole thing, would be thrown out/dismissed. That was why I could not find a lawyer to take this on. Over 10 firms. This company, like the one in Brocovich's movie, was simply too big, too smart to take on. Unless, I got a class action togther.

Anyway, he also told me that one of the lawyers after seeing this was immediatly looking in getting his wifes implants out, as it was the same style implant she had, and was sick with RA. Another one, was planning on getting his daughter "senior implants" and was not anymore. They were all in a tussy, he said. Im glad I found this out and it was quite interesting. I had no plans of letting the impant business ruin my life. I refused to believe the very biased plastic surgeon and pharm. co. These are the same people that for years said VIOXX was safe, so was FHEN FHEN, smoking does not cause cancer ect.... the reason they keep trying to sell the lie is money. Years later after millions of death from the above drugs, the studies confirm they are not safe. Look at how God used you in an unexpected way! I think that is

awesome that from this encounter one woman was saved from getting

implants and another may have found an answer for her illness! I

had mentor too. I am really impressed that these lawyers actually

took the time to dig into this. And that is great that you took the

time to put that stuff together and take it to them. It is amazing

what can be accomplished by even one person when they put their mind

to it! Hope you are feeling good.

Glad to see that there are people who are starting to look deeper into this horrible epidemic. Speaking of Brockovich's company, I would suggest that anyone interested in finding a law firm big enough to take this on, send their request to her law firm. If you haven't done it already, click on the link to go to their website http://www.masryvititoe.com/eval.php, and submit your case inquiry.

I did it a few months back and I was contacted for more information from a case investigations coordinator. The more we keep at this, the more they can't help but pay attention.
