It seems as though many of us have lots going on lately, both physically and

emotionally. I don't even know the last time I did Tae Bo. I know it's been

a few weeks at least. I'm still going to the gym twice a week, except the

week I was sick. My weight is staying down and my eating is okay, but life

is so hectic and I'm so tired all the time. I know I wouldn't be so tired if

I'd exercise more, but I'm so tired that I don't want to exercise. It's a

vicious cycle! LOL! Finals will be over soon and hopefully things will calm

down once the holidays are over. I'm a bookkeeper so end of the year is very

stressful for me, even without the extra work I've been given the last few

weeks. After the first of the year, I'm going to do a 21 day challenge to

get my groove back. In the meantime, I'm just trying to get through each

day, hour by hour. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone having physical

and emotional problems. I love you guys! :-)

Hi ! I'm glad you are trying to change your way of thinking

about *losing weight* and working out :) There are many reasons to

workout other than just the calories burned. Best of luck in getting

back on track in the right direction. We are here for you and you

had better keep us posted regularly on how you're doing!! How's that

water tasting anyway?

Hi Joan! Great job on getting up early and getting 20 minutes in.

Don't feel bad about missing a couple of days, it is bound to happen.

(I should take my own advice)... Your post about the DVD player for

x-mas, put me in the spirit a little more. It was so cute :)

posting more and quit keeping us in suspense on how you are doing.

Felt good. I have been eating like $#%$#%$#. Trying to avoid being

No serious weight gain thankfully, but I need to be more vigilant.

, I am sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling the best

lately. You will snap out of it. Keep your chin up, this will

pass. Hugs to you... Please take care.

No I haven't been to the Dr yet, but I am getting

better, just slowly. I'm going to try to workout

tonight. Think I will start back slowly and do one of

the 8-min tapes. I really miss working out and can

definitely feel the difference in my attitude since I

haven't been working out.

I hope all is well with everyone. Happy Friday!

Also wanted to welcome all the newbies to the group,

reading the posts faithfully, just haven't had the
