Muff,

A lot of people are gluten-intolerant. . . If you feel

worse after eating wheat products, you may be

gluten-intolerant too. People who are gluten

intolerant, but continue to eat gluten foods end up

with damage to the cilia (little hair like things in

the intestines) that prevent them from getting

nutrition from their food. That's Celiac disease.

You can still detox with Celiac disease, but it can be

a little more complicated. If you don't have Celiac

disease, you can eat gluten products in moderation

without a problem.

Hugs,

Rogene

Muff,

If wheat doesn't affect you negatively, it's not going

to clog up your body. . . You don't need to worry

about it! . . .

For the time being, drink a lot of water, eat healthy,

and get yourself in tip-top condition for your

surgery.

You'll do great.

Hugs,

Rogene
