Guest guest
Rogene I appreciate your information. I just don't think I am toxic. I think my problem is either my thryoid or slow metabolism from not being able to aerobics for the last 2 years. As soon as my PS says i can start working out again I am going to get back to aerobics. I love it, and I guess if sweating is good for you then that will be my detox. I don't have gall stones, so I won't worry about that. I am feeling better tonight. The nap this afternoon helped and my Dr at UCSF is going to test my thyroid and hormones and then i will know where I stand! MY obgyn says I am fine to get pregnant after I am healed from this surgery. I have chosen to wait till I get this weight off me. I don't want to be fat when prego. I will get back to a normal weight like 115 or so and then if I gain 25 pounds it won't be too bad. Right now if I gained 25 pounds I would weigh 180 pounds that is just gross for me. No offense to anyone else, I am just too small to weigh that much. I also do not want stretch marks. I will keep you informed after I have my thyroid tested and see what they tell me. What is the best medication if I had low thyroid. Can someone tell me or is there too many to know for sure. I want the best for me, so I am healthy when I have my next baby! Does anyone watch Dr Phil? I have his book. About weight loss. It is good. I think I will do his diet. He says exercise and eating right is key. It sounds like the way to go to me. , Rogene S <saxony01@y...> wrote: > , > > Detoxing means removing toxins . . . > > Toxins can accumulate throughout our bodies . . . Guest guest
I am sorry you must have me confused with someone else. I don't need a plastic surgeon and I don't need to go to Atlanta. I have good Dr's only a couple hours from me that can treat me for thryoid problems if I have them. I am not sick and already had my implants removed. I just want to have a baby soon. good luck on your trip though.
