Guest guest
Kathy, When you use your far infrared sauna, do you work up a good sweat? When I take the homeopathic products to reduced my acidity, I sweat profusely! . . . Other times, I don't sweat as much. I've found it helps to do something physical before getting into the sauna . . . improves the sweating process. Rogene
Guest guest
- Rogene Yes, I usually sweat pretty good. I usually stay in around 40-45 minutes and don't start sweating for at least 25 minutes. I put the suana at 125 degrees. What do you set yours on? If I stay intoo long, I will get a headache. I have been using mine more regularly again. Thanks kathy -- In , Rogene S <saxony01@y...> wrote: > Kathy, > > When you use your far infrared sauna, do you work up a > good sweat? > > When I take the homeopathic products to reduced my > acidity, I sweat profusely! . . . Guest guest
- Rogene Glad to hear that you are going to use your sauna again! I wish I knew what your homopathic remedies are! So far I am liking the new products I am taking. Just started the Naticor today. It should address the " sticky blood " situation. I am going to go very slowly! Guest guest
Kathy, The brand name of the homeopathic remedies I'm taking is Pekana - They are made in Germany. They have about ten different products. You can find them online. However, you really need to be tested to see which ones are right for you. The ones I take are for kidneys, liver and colon. Guest guest
Dearest Kathy and Rogene: I have sticky blood syndrome and I'm taking Coumadin. The hematologist told me that I must stay on this drug for the rest of my life. I have had three pulmonary emolisms, all silicone induced we think. Each time that I have gone into respiratory distress, the doctors thought that it was an Asthma/chronic bronshitis attack. Now they believe that it was a small blood clot or fatty particle passing through my veins!!! They claim that I am a mystery. If there is a safer drug, I would be willing to try it...but only if my doctor agrees. Do women with saline breast implants have sticky blood syndrome? It seems like it hits some of us, but not all of us!! I would love to hear from any of the ladies who have these symptoms. Love to you both...Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~````` Re: kathy: sauna > > > - > Rogene > Glad to hear that you are going to use your sauna again! Guest guest
Dear Friend: My doctors have taken me off vit. E. I used to take 800mg. a day. I have been off since last January, this is when they put me on blood thinners. I do take a multi-vitamin every day, but no other vitamins. I wish you luck with your explant, you will feel so much better once you have those toxic bags removed. I think that it is normal to be a bit afraid, but you will be fine. We are all here to give you support. Sending love....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~```` Re: kathy: sauna > > > HOW IS STICKY BLOOD TREATED? Guest guest
Lea, The only thing that comes to mind regarding the possiblity of gettin off blood thinners is having a live cell test done, then, as you detox watch the progress. If you find a way to stop your blood from sticking, you may be able to stop the blood thinners. but until, you find something that's working, you need to stay with a blood thinner like Coumadin. The only non-prescription products I've heard works is asprin . . . But some people can't take asprin. From what I understand, the sticky blood problem is very common in modern society. Most people have no idea they have it until they get into trouble . . I think it's called Antiphosphid. Hugs, Rogene

Guest guest
Dear lea I agree that the antibiotics have probably helped you. How high is wbc count? Are the rest of your labs normal? the antibiotic therapy that I am referring to uses mostly the tetracycline family-- tetra, doxy, minocycline. Dr. Brown discovered a link between arthritis and mycoplasma. He treated the mycoplasma with these antibiotics because they work best against this type of pathogen. Initially used for RA, it is now used for many other forms of rheumatism as well. More recently, it was tested on multiple sclerosis and als. There were some encouraging results. I would talk to my doc about switching to minocin. You can read more about this therapy at www.roadback.org. Also, if you have been on antibiotics longterm, it is crucial to be taking acidolpholus or better yet, primal defense and/or fungal defense. You are bound to have killed off alot of the good bacteria too and a good diet isn't enough to counter that. Your sauna sounds like a finnish or swedish sauna. they are safe as far as I know. Whatever one you choose to use, you should go slow and not over do. Don't let yourself get overheated and if you start to feel bad in any way, I would stop for the day. Far infrared is probably the safest for sick people as it doesn't elevate the heart rate as much while still producing a good amount of sweat. I would think that some detoxifying baths might be good for you. I would definitely go slow with that. There are good ones using clay such as bentonite or pascalite. Also beth used some good ones. Using celtic sea salt is good too. Again, I caution you against staying in too long and going easy with it. Don't use as mucn as they suggest. Also peroxide and epsom salt baths are good. Have you ever tried essiac tea? some people have said it helped them. It is somewhat immune strengthening but easy on your body. Hope some of this is useful for you. Guest guest
Dearest Kathy: Thank you for all the good information. My white blood count was up around 27, not sure but I could look it up. When I have any surgical procedure including dental cleaning the doctors put me on Amoxil because I have MVP. I'm sure that it works for arthritis too, but for now I can only take Keflex. Our sauna won't be working until after Christmas. I will try it and see if it helps. You are so sweet to explain everything to me. I'm really stressed out today. Our son is bringing his new kitten over tonight, that might help to cheer me up. Just seeing him happy again is so important too. He lost his cat a few weeks ago to kidney failure, it broke his heart. Take care dear one. Much love...Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~```` Re: kathy: sauna > > > Dear lea > I agree that the antibiotics have probably helped you. How high is > wbc count? Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I have quite of bit of info on the lipid condition. The thing I find fascinating is that they are finding that most people with chronic conditions have hypercoagulation due to lipid imbalance caused by toxins which include heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc. that break down the cell wall. The lipid therapy combined with glutathione is a detox Actually I think it was you or who got me started on this when you referred me to Mercola's Mercury detox page. Here is a good link to start off with http://www.cnm-inc.com/art_nattokinase_1.pdf . Kane does a test that she sends to s Hopkins that assess 64 different lipids. If you want more info just let me know. Love, Anita Re: kathy: sauna Thanks anitaDoes patricia kane discuss her balanced lipid therapy online anywhere? I would like to know more. They light up my life, and keep me on my toes. Luckily, my dog doesnt shed, but the cats do, so I have to vacuum everyday. I'm proud of the way it teaches Tyler how to take care of them and my house. We both do it together. It teaches Tyler compassion and gentle care too. My son is so gentle with all animals, its sweet, he gets compliments all the time. I think they are a blessing from God entirely. Do you have Pets lea? Guest guest
Dearest : I'm so glad that you have pets, they are so good for us. Children need pets too, it teaches them to be kind and gentle. We have two little kittens, Pepper and Slow Poky Moky they are our babies, we love them so much. Our son brought his kitten over last night, he is a little darling. Today we want to buy him a little cat toy. We will wrap it in blue paper, with lots of big blue ribbons. It was wondeful to see our son so happy, he was like a new father....bragging about how big his kitten would be. It is part Bengal! Thank you for sharing with me. Did you name one of your kittens Lea? Guest guest
Lea Sorry to hear that you are stressed out. You and I both know that stress can be so detrimental to our health...and yet it is one of the hardest things to control! I was sorry to hear about your son's cat. It is so hard to lose a pet...they are such wonderful and dear companions. I have a miniature schnauser. Smoky is five but shouldn't have even lived to be two with his very serious problem of megaesophagus. I spend a fortune on his meds. He is on a constant antibiotic and I also have him on primal defense and colostrum and RM-10 from Garden Of Life products!! Even so, I know it is only a matter of time before he succumbs to pneumonia. Yet I do everything I can to keep him going because he is just so precious to me and my family. I hope your son's new kitty will fill his heart with joy too! Guest guest
-Thanks for the link! How is your son doing with his shots? hugs, kathy -- In , " anita kessler " <AnitaK001@m...> wrote: > Hi Kathy, > I have quite of bit of info on the lipid condition. The thing I find fascinating is that they are finding that most people with chronic conditions have hypercoagulation due to lipid imbalance caused by toxins which include heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc. that break down the cell wall. The lipid therapy combined with glutathione is a detox. Actually I think it was you or who got me started on this when you referred me to Mercola's Mercury detox page. Here is a good link to start off with http://www.cnm- inc.com/art_nattokinase_1.pdf . Kane does a test that she sends to s Hopkins that assess 64 different lipids. Guest guest
Hi Kathy, http://www.mercola.com/2003/aug/9/detoxification_biotoxins.htm Here is the link from Mercola's site that really explains chronic neurotoxin syndrome. My son has seen some improvement with Dr. 's treatments. However, it is very slow and he is not doing the Pk protocol that I originally asked him about. I'm afraid this is becoming to slow and too expensive and I am going to have to look for another alternative. It is my opinion that the lipid therapy should have been done first as that separates the blood cells and strengthens the cell wall so that toxins can't hide between the sticky cells. I remember Dr.Brodsky saying that all implant women seem to have the sticky blood and that the enzymes work well at separating the cells but that they all seem to regress back to the hypercoagulation when the enzymes are discontinued. And that is the whole idea behind the lipid therapy. We got his heavy metals test back and I was quite surprised that he had no heavy metals! I even had him tested for platinum and that was also negative although I don't know if it was the right platinum test. Does anyone have any idea about this? Love, Anita Re: kathy: sauna> > > > > > Thanks anita> Does patricia kane discuss her balanced lipid therapy online > anywhere? I would like to know more. Guest guest
Dear Ladies -- Since my sweet dog is very old and nearing her time to go (with end- stage arthritis) I thought I would join in on the fun shared here. Our dog is an Irish Wolfhound (a huge dog like a Great Dane) named Queen Cleopatra (I just call her Cleo) and our cat is a mix-breed (with a lot of himalayan so she is real fluffy) named Yo YO (her last name is some famous hockey player's last name as our hockey-playing son named her). The funny part about them is that Cleo is so huge (like Godzilla but is a gentle giant who would start to whimper in her better days if people shied away from this huge dog coming down the street) and Yo Yo is abnormally small (probably weighs a bit over 5 lbs). From hanging around with Cleo so much, Yo Yo meows as she enters the room others are in as it to say " Here I am " and will jump on my bed (where I read each evening) curl up next to me and rub her chin on my book until I pet her belly (Yes, she loves having her belly rubbed too) -- I think she things that she is a dog --- The two are such best friends that they rub noses and lick each other several times each day and will curl up against each other for naps. I was not allowed to have pets as a child -- have enjoyed them so much -- each one has its own wonderful personality -- and gives such an enthusiastic greeting whenever I come home. I am glad to read fun stuff about pets -- our thoughts about Cleo have been pretty serious of late -- it is fun to remember her good times. It teaches Tyler compassion and gentle care too. My son is so gentle with all animals, its sweet, he gets compliments all the time. I think they are a blessing from God entirely. > > Do you have Pets lea? Love julie > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Anita Why wouldn't they do the lipid therapy? Do you think you could get someone else to prescribe it? I wonder how your son would do on the naticor. It has nattokinase, enzymes and serrapatase and alpa lipoic acid. I think it is from Generation + . It is supposed to destroy fibrin. I know I react very strongly to it. Good luck with finding the best options for your son. Guest guest
- Cleo and yo yo sound adorable together! Thanks for sharing about the wonderful pets in your home! Hopefully cleo's last days will be happy ones! I have had 3 miniature schnausers before this one and have loved them all dearly. They are so much like people! Pets really enrich our lives! Guest guest
Kathy, He said we had to clean the blood first. He just recently said we would start doing the lipids but he didn't mention anything about the lipid test. I happen to know from reading about the PK protocol that they first test the blood for lipid status at s Hopkins. It test the status of 64 different lipids. The therapy is then targeted towards the right balance based on the results of the test. I was spending way too much money and my son's condition is basically the same. I tried the lumbrokinase which is similar and just like you he herxed on it. I just took him to a heart doctor because his heart just pounds really hard. Everything was good except when they tested his blood pressure after having him lie down and then stand up his pulse speeded up and it is not supposed to do that. The doctor said to have him drink lots of water and that might just resolve it without resorting to drugs. It's too bad that we can't just go to the doctor and feel that his purpose for being there is to help and heal people. It's just always all about the money and I'm so sick of it. Guest guest
Anita I am sorry for what you and your son are going through. It stinks! And yes, it does seem about the money. I went to this doctor that someone recommended up in chicago and she managed to charge me about $2000 for 3 visits. When I found out that she was charging triple for a lyme test she took, I was ready to get a lawyer! However, the lawyer told me that there is really no law about price gouging. The only thing I could have done was report her to the medical community and they usually stick up for their own! I was too sick at the time to pursue it. I think he will get better--keep praying that you are led down the right paths. Both of my kids hearts race when they take a shower sometimes. Mine does too. My doctor called it orthostatic something. Basically it means that going from lying to standing causes the heart to really jump up because the autonomic nervous system is disregulated and that controls the heartbeat among other things. Autonomic dysregulation is common in fms and chronic fatigue. Keep hanging in there. Sooner or later you are bound to see more improvements. Have you heard of taking lauricidin and nattokinase? I have heard good things about using the two together. However, I am scared to try it as I react so strongly to just the natto itself. It makes sense that it would be good however. The natto eats fibrin and the laurcidin can kill virus, mycos, and many other pathogens. You might give it a try but he would probably have to be out of school for a bit in case he really herxes. hugs, kathy > > > > > > > Kathy, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > My sauna is set for 130 degrees, but it never gets > > > > > > > that hot. . . Guest guest
Thank you Kathy. That's very interesting about the autonomic dysregulation. I have chronic fatigue and I have noticed that so many of my son's symptoms are similar to mine that I have wondered if he had chronic fatigue also. I guess the name of the disease is not as important as getting to the bottom of what is causing one's symptoms. $2,000 for three visits? Wow. At least I got more visits for my $2,000. But then again it didn't do any good anyway. Love, Anita Re: kathy: sauna AnitaI am sorry for what you and your son are going through. You might give it a try but he would probably have to be out of school for a bit in case he really herxes. hugs, kathy> > > > > > > Kathy,> > > > > > >> > > > > > > My sauna is set for 130 degrees, but it never gets> > > > > > > that hot. . .
