I meant to answer your other questions too. I have normal hair, skin,

energy is better but I did just have a 3 hour surgery 2 weeks today

and that is probably why I feel so drained. I eat a really good diet,

i mean we have some sugar but not a lot. I eat some processed things,

but not everyday.

Thank you for writting me I will post some more later. I am feeling

so tired right now. I think it is a good time to nap before my

daughter gets out of school.
