Certainly old allergies will resurface with an added load on your immune

system. I think pizza would kill me if I ate it more than once a year.

Beth, if you had them as a child, most likely that time, and implants have brought it back full circle! I know about the pizza thing, and my fav lasagna! but there is an awesome brand pasta that you cannot tell the difference, my hubby is 100% Italian, so believe me, it gots to be good. I still make it! AS for the pizza, I have tried some different gluten free brands, yuck! I just always have salad, or bake portabellas with cheese and Italian seasonings. What are you gonna do? But it is so worth not having the neuro problems.

I have lost weight turning down so many meals and bites too. So it was plus for me. I get great gluten free cookies and there's a lot of ice cream (I have it twice a month, my Friday night scoop!) are just naturally gluten free.

I just tell myself when I look at pizza, theres the twitches! And bread "Theres some numbness!" It works wonders. When I have cheated, I paid for it big time. It kinda get easier over time, because when you eliminate it, you feel so sensitive to it if you cheat. Its like the symptoms are full force and very noticable. So each time, it made it easier never to have it again. Get tested beth. We could be gluten sisters too! I am so glad I know this, as I have gotten alot better ever since! Love

The twitching thing is interesting since I twitch a lot. I had wheat and diary allergies as a child and was pretty sure I outgrew them. But after I got the implants I started having some weird food reactions again, could it be possible? I am a pizza fanatic, how could I ever go gluten free?> > -> > > these are definitely my symptoms!
