I have used it several times a week and have had it for over a year. i can't see that it has made that much of a difference for me. Mine was expensive. If I were you, I would see if you could use the club one first to see if it is making a difference. Don't get me wrong, I really like it, I just haven't been able to tell if it has really been a help or not. Where did you get her book. I haven't been able to find it?
