beth, Yes! Diet , first. No sugars or starches- or barely any for a while (I think I was really strict for one year) That had me feelin awesome! Um, Primal Defense for my Candida, awesome product. Nothing would budge the candida on my live cells, even helped with myco's but that one product I am a true believer. Later--The balancing of my hormones and adding progesterone when I found I was deficient , another big time! And lastly, the elimination of gluten products. Mercola had me on no grains, and I felt great, but not all the way there. I still had bad days. But, I didn’t know all the sauces and dressings and spices I was using- has gluten (wheat proteins) in them! It wasn’t until I tested postive against gluten that I got serious, and I got them out, that I started having less and less bad days. How bout you, Beth? ---- Original Message -----

thanks rogeneI guess I don't know what a good diet is anymore. All

of the experts disagree. I am going to cut out coconut oil and cut

way back on eggs and dairy and try to juice more. I also tested my

alkalinity with these ph strips (saliva) and it said I was very

acidic. What is the best way to alkalinize? Juicing? any

suggestions?

wow rogene, that's great that you are feeling so much better. I

like the Garden of Life products also. But I herx to alot of them.

I still tolerate primal defense quite well. I am working on some

ideas now ---will let you know if any improvements come from them.

Thanks
