Guest guest
I got it from Amazon.com. I really like it! I'm sorry you haven't experienced what you were hoping for from the sauna. Do you mind me asking what brand you purchased? I think it is great for detoxing chemicals, but it is SO hard to tell exactly what is making us sick isn't it? It could be infection related, gluten intolerance as mentioned, so many other things. I can tell you that since I added Juice Plus and Chlorella I've been getting headaches, I think that may be a herx? I am sticking with it and trying to get through it. I think about you all the time and pray that God will give you an answer. Dr will take phone consultations; she is affliated with several of the detox centers around the country. hugs, Beth > > > > Have any of you read Dr. Sherry 's, M.D., " Detox or Die " I > > just finished it. Guest guest
Beth I got my far infrared sauna from promolife.com. it is a therasauna (2person). I have had it almost 2 years. It cost $3395. Recently, my husband and I have started to use in nightly again. I think I am going to buy the book you recommended. And thanks for thinking of me. It means alot! I just know that more healing is just around the corner for both of us! Yes, I think the headache is a herx too. Hopefully you can last it out. Mine get so severe and then I throw up and I can't take it anymore. I am trying some new things now. If they help, I will post on it. take care kathy > > > > > > Have any of you read Dr. Sherry 's, M.D., " Detox or Die " I > > > just finished it.
