More accurately, it means removing the capsule without opening it inside

the chest so that nothing can spill out of the capsule into the chest

cavity. And if any doctor says they don't always do that, I would run into

the opposite direction. My plastic surgeon did not do this and I almost

died from silicone spillage.

Could you provide me with the list of surgeons that perform breast explantation surgery?

I linked to one from an e-mail from one of our silicone sisters. But I discovered there was a virus attached to it, so I did not open it. Thanks!

This is the list from saline support. I personally do not know a lot of

these physicians, and would highly recommend half a dozen of them.
