Dear Rogene & --

THANK YOU - - I have been reading up on all this -- you are

confirming much of what I am learning. I do believe that we are much

better off without any more chemicals (man-made or natural) than are

necessary and try to get most in my food. However, until I can get

my surgery and this hashimoto's thyroid condition under better

control, I will follow the guidelines you two wonderful ladies have

so generously posted -- I am looking into buying some of these items

now. I will need to start them one at a time -- otherwise I get sick

from them. What about MSM and glucosamine/chondroitin for the

fibromyalgia?

and Molly --

best of luck to you -- you have come to a place where some really

nice ladies share a lot of well-thought out advice.

Regards,

lu

I can see that! I'm glad to be here. It is encouraging to see women who want

to get

better. It's one thing to be supportive but another to be supportive in

staying sick. I

don't want that!!
