Re: low Core Base Temp & Rituxen improvement

It sounds like my normal Kirk. My RD knows the Still's is still active, but the

prednisone is doing it's job in masking the high high temperature. I feel very

feverish when I hit 99 and above...heck even 98.6 is high for me. I don't get

the chills that last as long as when I was getting the 106 degree fevers at

the beginning of the illness...nor do I feel as weak during the fever. But

then, I'm on high doses of prednisone.

On a positive note...I'm excited to be able to say I think I'm finally

improving! The Rituxen is finallly beginning to work. It was very rough at

first...ended up in the hospital with pulminary embolisms...then caught a nasty

stomach bug that hung on for 3 weeks...but since then I've been improving bit

by bit every day...my energy is better, my pain is less and I can walk up the

slight hill to my house my more easily. Mind you, I'm not ready to run

marathons....but I'll let you know. How are my fellow Rituxan chicks doing?
