, That’s awesome, now if you don’t feel better within a few months, you can request he add a small amount of t3 to your treatment of you are a good candidate . Before I Was pregnant, I took Enzymatic therapy women's multi for about 3 years and and then about 5 months ago, switched over to Garden of Lifes Women Multi! Awesome, and the energy was boundless. I liked it, as it had all the b's and lots of antioxidant formulas, selenium, glutamine, a lot of amino acids, and over 20 servings of veggies per day and like 22 of fruit. I didn’t have to take a lot after I started taking that. All I took on the side was Primal Defense, their calcium formula and a liver supp (with dandelion and milk thistle) Don’t forget the fish oil or flax!

Keep me posted. Ill send you some links on these multi's and on t3 treatment Love, Appt w/new endocrinologist

Hi there --I am just back -- he already switched me to levoxyl (agreeing that it was ridiculous for me to be on the same meds for 35+ yrs -- especially since I am lactose intolerant and synthroid has milk in it). My blood will be tested once I am on the new meds for 8 wks -- mid-January. I really liked Dr Bressler -- thanks again for helping me to find him. It was such a relief to not listen to an argument -- insistence that we leave me on the same meds despite obvious evidence that they no longer worked.Have any of you tried to take citrus bioflavonoids, lipoic and/or omega 3/6 amino acids, DHEA, pygnogenol, milk thistle and/or tyrosine & glutamine (all of which books claim increase thyroid function and/or absorbtion of thyroid meds)? I also read that my multi-vitamin should have larger amts of B vitamins & trace minerals (copper, zinc, selenium, chromium, manganese and magnesium) -- is that all correct?Regards,lu
