So good to hear of good spouses. My Cheryl is a GEM. She has pulled

me through this last " bout " and has had to take on so much

responsibiility during my current crisis. We have a handicapped 34

year old son who, although fairly independent in many areas requires

a lot of attention to detail. I have always tried to handle much but

difficult while in the resort for almost 2 weeks. She pulled it off

and now in addition to that has to nurse me back to health and keep

my wound clean and packed every day. I am back to being able to help

now.

She keeps reminding me that she is not a saint. Well, lately I think

she is pretty damn close.

ps - Cheryl is also severely hearing impaired. Got the word when I

was in the ER on 4/25 from answering machine message after returning

from the vet's office having one of the dogs checked after the dog's

abdominal surgery. As if I am not a chore just by myself.
