Kacey is right - this is an outrage. The same station in Tampa, where I live, also gave away implants this past summer, from the SAME surgeon as a "contest" gift for high school seniors only. 17-18 year olds. This was really sick especially since they have done it twice now in 6 months. I called them several times as well as spoke to their producer who said that it was out of his control. The doctor was the one paying to promote it. sad
