Hi Beth,

I am better also than before explant. It's been a rough year, though, and for

awhile my

health seemed to be going downhill, not the other way.

I am taking Primal Defense now...

and vitamins and meds for inflammation.

Finally, I'm doing a little better. But I have never had such a year as this

last year.

It has to get better for both of us, darlin'.

Hope you had a happy Tday...and an even better holiday season.

We have a lot to be thankful for, really.. WE are indeed alive.

We have hope. WE have family and friends.
