Ron Hubbard recommends stepping up Niacin to rather high levels . . . You may want to check that out. A, D, E, and K are fat soluable . . . others are water soluable. Guest guest Posted December 2, 2004 Report Share Posted December 2, 2004 Dear Rogene -- Thanks for the tip -- I already drink 1-2 quarts of water while working out (more in the warm weather) but now will be mindful of the need to drink more before using the sauna.
