Kathy, I the sauna is just one part of getting well, I think it will

give you a little assurance that you got the fat soluble toxins

out. Then there's the candida issues for some people; cleaning up

the diet is really hard for me, but I am working on it. I found the

book to be so helpful and her recommendations for supplements simple

and easy to follow. There is a lab she recommends that will run

tests for you based on your symptoms. I hope you will find this

helpful. Since I started juiceplus I am getting headaches every day

right between my eyes. Maybe i need to reduce the dosage a little.
