The only time I ever have any wine (half a glass) is with Italian food, and there is nothing like it anywhere on the planet that flows so well together, yeast rolls dipped in garlic, ahhhh, etc. Anyway, how do you get around the gluten? I think I will get tested in January before giving it up.
