I am an Italian food junkie, everytime we go out to eat, that is all

I have. The only time I ever have any wine (half a glass) is with

Italian food, and there is nothing like it anywhere on the planet

that flows so well together, yeast rolls dipped in garlic, ahhhh,

etc. Anyway, how do you get around the gluten? I think I will get

tested in January before giving it up. Do you have any idea of the

cost of the test if insurance didn't cover it?
