Dear Beth -

I am glad to hear that you already found a club w/sauna. I am

guessing I will find one quickly also.

Thanks for asking -- our son has been well now for about 8 yrs. He

is supposed to be careful about getting enough sleep and eating

little junk/fast food, but he is a teenager so he cheats and then he

pays for it (has his own built in jiminy crickett in his own body --

so I do not worry that he will stray too far from those instructions).

Have you priced the supplements yet? If so, would you share where

they were cheaper?

Regards,

lu
