Today, the British Columbia government threw its weight around  ... detaining our milk at one of the city depotsUsing the Health Act RSBC  they slapped some tape with ominous wording on our property, the milk.   So - legally - it's stuck in the cooler at the delicatessen. We cannot use or enjoy it on the pretext that it's `food which has been obtained from a source not approved by government'.Food that hasn't been approved by the government could also include vegetables ANYONE produces in their own garden by the way they are twisted the definition. The milk in that case is PERSONALLY owned by the shareholders and NOT an item for sale. They in fact violated the law by their very actions. Amusing to see on the ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH INSPECTION REPORT   "The sample was then transported to JR Labs with ice packs and a thermometer in the cooler".    At least they did one thing right! Also ; the Vancouver Coastal Health Agency says, of our raw milk   "Risk Rating: Low"Risk is low but the potential bight to dairy quota boys market share is HIGH if this continues to grow as it has been. $$$$$$$$Once upon a time in America we had Liberty under Law : everything was permitted except that which was immoral.   Now, everything is prohibited except that which is licensed.Welcome to the North American Dictatorship.
