Guest guest Posted November 24, 2008 Report Share Posted November 24, 2008 Thank you so much,I'm sorry you are having the same struggles even though it is from a sibling position!We ended up having a really nice time with my 2 sons and 2 of our grandchildren.I did miss my daughter and her family,but we will be with them from Wed. to Sun.I know from experience that it will be more stressful at her house,it is just the mother-daughter thing.Also her kids are teens,nough said! My daughter has never seen her oldest brothers house,they've lived here 2 years,and I know there are hard feelings,but in my daughters defence,my son-in-law works 7 days a week so all the running kids here and there is up to her.Also they have been paying double everything for 18 months, because their old house still has'nt sold and they can't afford trips 4 hours away.I sincerely hope they can make it soon,before they end up not talking to each other!
