Guest guest Posted November 21, 2004 Report Share Posted November 21, 2004 Dear Gale, If you want to avoid the cost and need to go to an acupuncturist for therapy, there are self-therapy stretches and trigger point (same principle as acupuncture w/o the needles) massages that you can do at your gym & /or at home that are equally effective (if not more so -- as you can do them more often than you could ever afford to pay someone to do to you) and MUCH CHEAPER. Email me if you want them and I will be happy to share w/you. I also have long-term problems -- with an arm/shoulder -- which I treat quite successfully this way.
