Stacey, I went on Natural Armour, a pig derivative of thyroid hormones for over a year. As like you, I wanted to do it naturally. Unfortunatly, I was the 20% that didnt tolerate it right. I would try to go on that first. Also, look into" Dr Lee's What your doctor doesnt tell you about Premenapause"as alot of women ,find that thyroid symptoms improve on natural progesterone treatment. Great read, anyone I know that reads it, goes on it and has astonishing results! A good omega 3 is improtant, like flax seed oil or fish. And coconut helps alot!

I am now on presciption t3 and t4, I have to be. I feel great on it! My thyrod condition has improved, the immune part of it, since explant, but we dont know how much damage has been done. Yet. So, I may need medication for life. I dont think so, though. I have high hopes! I know, it may make you crazy, anxoius, depressed, out of control, too at times. I am much more balanced now. Calmer. I used to feel like I couldnt keep up! I couldnt take one more thing!Stacei, one more thing ,anytime! Love
