Grapefruit extract was one of the first herbal

products I used. It's excellent at controlling

Candida! IMHO, it's almost as good as fresh garlic.

They both have one shortcoming though . . . You still

need to replace destroyed friendly bacteria in your

system so your body can start working on its own.

Primal Defense is the best product I know for that.

Acidopholis is good too.
