Guest guest Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 Dear Ladies -- While at Whole Foods checking out probiotics, I stocked up on gluten free cereals -- by the way there is a quinoa flake cereal and a hot cereal blend of brown rice, corn bran and buckwheat. I was relieved to see that I would not limited to rice puffs and corn flakes (which I find wayyyyyy to sweet for me). Is it better to go ahead and go gluten-free now (I have just had a bladder and/or kidney infection diagnosed and started antibiotics yesterday -- the reason for the probiotic as I am already sick to my stomach from the antibiotic as usual -- look forward to the probiotic's calming effects -- may have a medicinal glass of white wine tonight as well) OR to wait until the end of next week when I come off antibiotics (hopefully)?
