If this scab becomes anything other than a tiny

nusiance, you should see your doctor. Don't pick at

it, and if it spreads, get help ASAP!

A scab on a nipple should be checked immediately for Paget's Disease of the

Breast. Do not mess around. Be sure it is checked, especially if there is

anything scaly around the nipple.
