Guest guest
Kent Jisha kentjisha@... Yantis, TX In Texas raw milk sales are legal on the farm only and you must be licensed by the state. I have a certified raw milk dairy and sell raw milk and raw butter on the farm. Also have a pasturizer and sell whole and skim milk as well as cultured butter, buttermilk and flavored yogurts at farmers markets. Our pasturized milk is low temperature pasturized and the milk is not homogenized so it has a more natural taste. Cows are on transistional organic land and are not fed corn or soybean meal. Of course no hormones, BST or rBST. Name of farm is Remember When Dairy.
