Hi,

I am Diane, wife of and Mom to 9 blessings in Christmas, FL.

(Orange County)

I grew up on a small hobby farm (including a few dairy cows and dairy

goats, among more!) and always enjoyed having a lot of good milk

available. (Milk, cheese, fudge....yum!). Our family now has a small

natural (organics but not yet certified) hydroponics farm (fruit,

veggies, greens, etc) and also have a small herd of dairy goats. In

Florida, we can only sell raw milk for pet/ag use, so our sales are

limited to that realm, but we also use the milk, whey, and cheese to

create pet treats and biscuits. We would love to have the ability to

grow our dairy business into a small milk, cheese, and fudge business,

but the legal forces that be don't seem to see it that way.
