 for me the itchys hit after a warm shower or bath  or any time I get to warm .

they never hit when cold . I almost never have shown a rash as such just a light

pink color now and then is all but the itch has driven me to scratch so hard I

have cut or ripped my skin at times not a good thing. I am like an old bear find

a good ruff tree or corner on a house and I am not leaven for a spell LOL
