Check with your state to see if they do offer Medi-Gap policies. These are

the policies that were available prior to this Part D BS that is killing a

lot of people who can least afford it. The easiest way to do this is to call

all of the regional health care services in your area and ask if they offer

a Gap policy. If they do, have them send you information on it.

I went to Vegas 3 years ago and it was worth the $$$, so if you can go,

go....you'll certainly enjoy it. It was great to meet many of the people

that you " talk " to here in person. The only downside for me was that I had a

real hard time walking (was still using a walker) and felt lousy while I was

there. I made it through it though, even if I did wind up in the resort a

couple of days after returning home from there.

I'd like to return but that isn't in the cards at this time.
