Guest guest
and Cleo, Merry Christmas~! How wonderful Love Yippee -- Cleo played in the snow -- & MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL Dear Ladies --I wanted to share another bit of good news with all of you. Cleo wanted to go out to play in the snow so we all went out briefly with her to do so and took some pix of her -- she ran a few circles chasing us and ate some snow (made some yellow snow as well).I now have hope that this good time will last through the holidays -- for sure through Christmas. It has been so wonderful to have your comforting messages at this painful time -- thank you so much for your kind words, advice and support -- as I find myself more at peace with what I know will be coming soon.Like Anita, I want to pass along my wishes that all of you lovely people have the most joyful and peaceful Christmas spent with those you love and who love you.Regards,
Guest guest
, It's so wonderful Cleo is enjoying the holidays! You must be really pushing that liver . . . and praying! How are the roads there today? . . . We were supposed to leave for DFW, but right now, we can't even get out of our driveway. . . Five inches of snow. Once we shovel it, it's all downhill to a passable road. I'm mainly concerned about the interstate . . . If there are major accidents holding up traffic. . . And then, if/when we get to DFW, how the intercity traffic is. Love, Rogene

Guest guest
Dear Rogene - Yes, Cleo has eaten (and really loves to eat) liver every day since our " Bloody Sunday " . This has been really funny for my husband to watch as I was a really anemic child who had to eat liver at least once a week for many years (in addition to iron pills which looked big enough for a horse) -- so you cannot pay me to eat it anymore (and I really do not like even touching it anymore) -- he makes lots of jokes while I prepare it each day. We have several digital shots of her playing -- will try to find the time to attach one so you can see her happy in the snow. We have about two inches on the grass -- nothing in the streets anymore. However the roads were starting to get bad from about 2PM yesterday afternoon (when I had to take my son about 30 min north for his retainer from the orthodontist -- what a fun ride that was -- we did see people who had lost it several times on the way back) -- they were truly bad from rush hour last night until later this morning. They announced on the morning news that there were over 200 accidents in Dallas alone during the rush hour yesterday. This morning was a nightmare -- they reported lots of patches of black ice -- it was the first morning I missed going to the gym in many weeks. One of our clients cancelled a family trip to Mississippi due to the storm -- he was to leave this morning. Cleo would probably love your snow Rogene -- she always loved to prance through deeper snow (it must be that northern Ireland blood in her) --the few times we have had deeper snow here she went out for a long time to play in it. What fun memories this talk is bringing back! I will listen to the forecast for later here (for weather and roads) and post it for you. I will also ask my husband and clients to find out all their opinions on the road conditions here for you. Regards, > , > > It's so wonderful Cleo is enjoying the holidays!
