Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I want to thank each of you for your input and trying to help. Dr Cunningham thanks for calling for me. That's what I love about this group, when something's going on everyone is here to help. I am going to give these Dentists a call, are Dr s & Dr Green both pedi? My son is 18. That's what so hard because he is a young man, but would do very well with a pedi dentist because they know more how to handle a person like him. General dentist just look at your size and they are too impatient or don't quite know how to soothe a special need person or what to do. ***Also by the way, my husband is a barber and is very familiar with our little kiddos & big kiddos (even though my son sits there and gets a cut & a " shave just fine), but he can cut anyone. Screaming, crying wiggly babies, special needs that won't be still, he is very good. For some reason when the parents back up and let him handle it, the kids just seem to want to be a " big boy " . He has one with Down's Syndrome & MR who won't be still, hold his head, used to cry - all that, but now he does fine. My hubby is a very patient man and will also accommodate you in any way he can. He will carve out a particular day for you or even be mobile if not too far. He is in Humble area close to the belt near Fall Creek. Anyone need him just give us a hollar!
