I've been getting it sporadically since I started Kineret a year ago, but it always went away after a couple of days. Now it seems to be permanent and worse--my calves are huge and yes, that happened to me too, it didn't cause swelling right away but did after a while. I'm on HBP meds now and the swelling has decreased most of the time now. Good luck. **************Vote for your city's best dining and nightlife. City's Best 2008. Guest guest
, Yes, I also have edema on the Kineret. I hate it. It gets to where my hands and feet literally hurt. But I can't live without the Kineret. I am goign to talk to my doc about a water pill or something to help. I'd rather than than switch from something that currently works for me. Guest guest
-- I got a chuckle thinking about me sitting here at my desk with my feet propped up. I sit in an open environmentn so everyone can see me and I just love the image! I left a message to get into my RD this month before she ends her fellowship and moves on. I want to talk to her about the swelling as well. I can't keep going like this. Ridiculous to be so swollen every morning.
