Guest guest
Sharon, it so sucks that you are feeling so down. The 'good meds' you are on aren't very good if they aren't helping! Did you talk to your doctor about them? If you are adjusting your medication levels, that could be part of why you are down... when my prednisone is adjusted, I'm a basket case. But even if it isn't the meds, think about how stressful we let this time of year be, on top of what we are all coping with. No wonder you are overwhelmed and distressed! Do you have a good friend to go out for coffee with? Do you have an event to look forward to? Plan a little treat for yourself if you can, like a facial or manicure if it's your thing, or a trip to the bookstore to browse a while, or even just a long warm bath. With me, it's the little things that bring so much joy. Or drive me absolutely nuts. lol Chin up Sharon. It's hard at times, but you have people you don't even know rooting for you. *hugs*
Guest guest
Sharon When I have gotten this way all I have asked for prayed for is the will and power to deal with the next 5 to 10 minutes. And that is how I break it down. I some times deal with it in the next hour or two never day or two tell a lot later. It is not easy at times and I have found I am the hardest on my self. I did fight a lot with my ex but it was not always me I know this as and I do fight but rarely but we do and most of the time it is silly things or a miss understanding. I will pray for you and I will also that you do get in to see some one soon. I am proud of you as it takes a big person to know they need some out side help and then to look for it not an easy thing to do but also one of the biggest steps a person can take and you have and are doing just that my heart go's out to you so hang in there it is worth it believe me I say that from one who has cried for days on end none stop and who did not care about living at all for months but now I have a drive to go forward and only cry when I am really sad but hey I am still a sappy old redneck but that will never change and right now my heart is weeping for you because I know the feeling but I also know the joy that will be yours down the line also so hold on your on the path and going in the right direction and the light you see is not a train coming to run you over but it really is a light at the end of the tunnel it now is a question of how long the tunnel is \ Hugs the rednecks Marty & G. the redneck's my space http://www.myspace.com/martyg58 To learn about Stills Disease http://www.stillsdisease.org/stills_info For conservitive minded people http://www.americac2c.org " If we ever forget that we're one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.
