There's the best low cal. oil that's soo extra virgin that it literally

melts in to your fingers at room temp. Its called coconut oil. Comes in jars ,

can get it even at wallmart or health food stores. use for cooking or add to

drinks cold or hot. as long as you get about 3 tbs. a day. You can just look the

info. on the puter.

I couldn't take it cause I allready get rapid heart rate & a very SMALL

percent of the peolple will get that side effect , me being one.MOst peolple on

it say they lose weight.

Yeah I have tried a few low carb no meat days. Hard with a family and low income

to buy all those fresh veggies fish and fruits fresh. I have noticed milk makes

me flair so I have cut that out. If I get my disability soon I will be able to

buy better foods for myself and family. I do my best. I drink lots of water

limit caffeine no soda at all and just no sweet ice tea and flax

seeds and walnut as a snack each day as I heard they are a great food for Stills

and Ra but who knows. I will some day go on one and see what a change it has to

do. I notice when I dont eat good that I don't feel as well with my inflammation

honestly. If you have a diet plan that you have read about please email it to me

Im always looking for ideas to make me healthier. I have been on pred since

January and have never had cravings like I have this week OMG I could eat

a horse. Im trying to fill up on lettuce and string beans but broke down and at

a whole carb

bagel with butter before bed and wow was it good. I swear this is terrible for

me.

Let me know what you do and what you came across. Thanks

I read an intesting article today that people that eat mediterainen foods are

less likley to have inflimation illnesses. Think the EVOO is a great facter as

is low fat good oil cooking. Ann Fultz

, I'd love to read that article. Can you post a link if it's

online? I've noticed that I do better on a diet with no processed

carbs and no sugar. I don't think it has a huge effect on the

Still's/flares, but when my body is feeling better/fed better, I have

more tolerance for the disease and pain.

A nutritionist told me no wheat, no meat, no dairy...please ask your doctor

and don't knock your socks off about that one. I did try it. I felt a bit

clearer mentally. ( less typo's ha haha ha)

When I did Atkins meat and meat and meat, I did feel more aches. I try to

rotate my diet and yes eat less meat wheat and dairy..except a yogurt a day.

By the way, my little surprise party this week is as follows. A friend sees

me every day cause our kids are on the same swim team. Monday she says, how

are ya feeling. I said gratefully well. Tuesday , I said., I need to see if I

have strep throat cause, my throat hurts and so do three large joints(

ankle, hip and shoulder)

Muscles sore, I even said at 1pm..this is not good, and I took a nap which I

never can unless I am ill.

Surprise!! I will see if I have strep..never know with this disease. Is it?

Or isn't it?

That is the question

GGGRRRRRR
