KRIV Fox 26 in Houston is running another egregious story by reporter Greg

Groogan regarding a special education due process hearing in Fort Bend

ISD.

I attended a couple of the ARD'S in this matter, and it once again

illustrates the narcissistic attitude of the director and assistant

director

of the Fort Bend ISD. This case has been going on for over 2 years and

could have been settled long ago for about $3700. Instead, the

district has

spent in excess of 100K in this case. I have seen cases like this time and

time again, and thank G-d that KRIV is stepping up to the plate to expose

this outrageous waste of the taxpayer's money. The story will air on the 9

p.m. newscast tonight Thursday, August 7,2008. If you miss the story, it

story has aired.
